About me


Raquel is a dedicated and dynamic orthopedic Physical Therapist with over 23 years of clinical experience. She graduated from the Army-Baylor Graduate Program in Physical Therapy and served as an active duty Physical Therapist at Brooke Army Medical Center. Specializing in orthopedic and neurological disorders, sports medicine, women’s health, and chronic pain, Raquel has pursued extensive professional development in areas such as Complex Regional Pain Syndromes, Temporal Mandibular Disorders, and Advanced Spinal & Joint Mobilization. Her treatment approach is holistic, integrating therapeutic yoga, manual therapy, corrective exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to provide individualized care for her patients.

Raquel is passionate about bridging the gap between holistic and traditional healthcare interventions. She combines Medical Therapeutic Yoga, Ayurvedic principles, and functional mobility to promote injury prevention, rehabilitation, sports enhancement, and overall wellness. With certifications in Professional Yoga Therapy, Functional Range Conditioning, and Hypopressive Fitness, Raquel addresses a wide range of patient needs, from improving joint health and mobility to managing chronic pain and enhancing core stability. Her goal is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based yoga practice with compassion and education, fostering long-term wellness and reducing dependence on prescription medication.

Danny Perkinson, founder of Perk Prop  Real Estate, Kada Capital , C2 Property Management and is the co-founder of C2 Way. In all his businesses, he has cultivated a culture that embraces an approach that integrates spiritual, harmonic, and energetic connectivity into the real estate process.
